How we work

Each app does one job and does it well. It should not get in the way of running the store.

Clear pricing and settings

Prices are listed on the App Store page and charged through Shopify Billing. Settings are written in plain language with sensible defaults.

Maintained over time

We use Shopify's own APIs and Polaris admin UI, and we update the apps when Shopify changes its platform.

Support from the developers

Support emails go to the people who wrote the code. We answer within two business days.
